We are working with a well-established regional law firm seeking a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its busy Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied litigation caseload while working alongside experienced colleagues within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Typical Duties
- Managing your own litigation caseload.
- Handling property, employment, probate, and inheritance disputes.
- Advising on contractual, boundary, neighbour, and commercial litigation matters.
- Drafting pleadings and witness statements.
- Issuing court proceedings and attending hearings.
- Assisting on complex and high-value disputes.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
- Up to five years' post-qualification experience.
- Experience managing a litigation caseload.
- Strong communication, drafting, and client care skills.
- A commercial and solutions-focused approach.
