We are working with a well-established regional law firm seeking a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its busy Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied litigation caseload while working alongside experienced colleagues within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Typical Duties

  • Managing your own litigation caseload.
  • Handling property, employment, probate, and inheritance disputes.
  • Advising on contractual, boundary, neighbour, and commercial litigation matters.
  • Drafting pleadings and witness statements.
  • Issuing court proceedings and attending hearings.
  • Assisting on complex and high-value disputes.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
  • Up to five years' post-qualification experience.
  • Experience managing a litigation caseload.
  • Strong communication, drafting, and client care skills.
  • A commercial and solutions-focused approach.
