Litigation Solicitor (NQ - 5 PQE)

Staffordshire | Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits

Are you looking for a litigation role that offers genuine variety, high-quality work and the opportunity to develop your career within a supportive team?

I'm working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Staffordshire that is looking to appoint a Litigation Solicitor (NQ-5 PQE) to join its growing Dispute Resolution team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys working across a broad spectrum of contentious matters rather than specialising too early. You'll benefit from a collaborative environment, direct client contact and exposure to a diverse client base of individuals, SMEs and businesses across the region.

The Opportunity

You'll manage your own caseload with the support of experienced colleagues, advising clients on a wide range of civil and commercial disputes. The work is varied, interesting and offers excellent exposure across multiple areas of litigation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
