Litigation Solicitor – NQ to 5 years PQE
We are looking for an experienced, proactive and highly organised solicitor or legal executive, based at Barwells office in Seaford, with some homeworking available.
What You Will Be Doing
This is an exciting role dealing with a mixed and broad range of litigation including:
- Property disputes
- Landlord and tenant
- Commercial disputes
Who We Are Looking For
Candidates will be required to have excellent written and oral communication skills and possess the ability to communicate well with clients, colleagues and other external contacts. We pride ourselves on the client care we provide; therefore, candidates should be able to understand the clients’ objectives and deliver the appropriate legal advice in a timely and effective manner.

You should have excellent IT skills and be competent in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel). Experience of using a case management system would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
You should have strong planning and organising skills, possess a keen eye for detail and have the ability to market yourself and the practice. Networking will be a key skill to nurture our existing contacts as well as forging new business links within the communities we serve.
