Litigation Solicitor – Property & Private Client (3+ PQE)
Location: Wanstead, East London
Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Full-Time | Hybrid (1 day from home)
About the Role
A well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Wanstead is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor (with 3+ years’ post-qualified experience) to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload across Property Litigation and Private Client Disputes, while enjoying strong career progression within a supportive and modern practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Handling property disputes, including:
- Ownership disputes
- Boundary disputes
- Rights of way matters
- Managing residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes, including:
- Possession and eviction proceedings
- Dealing with probate disputes, including:
- Inheritance claims
- Will validity disputes
- Managing debt recovery and general civil litigation
- Independently overseeing cases from instruction through to resolution
Requirements
- Fully qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Strong experience in Property Litigation
- Proven track record in Private Client disputes, including contentious probate matters
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Must be commutable to Wanstead, East London
