JOB TITLE: Litigation Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ+
LOCATION: County Durham
SALARY: Up to £55,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor to join a well established and progressive law firm. You will manage a varied caseload of general litigation matters, advising both individuals and businesses across a broad range of disputes. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to handle matters from instruction through to resolution while working closely with experienced colleagues in a supportive and collaborative environment. This role offers genuine responsibility, quality work and the opportunity to further develop your technical expertise within a growing litigation team.

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are welcomed from Litigation Solicitors from NQ level upwards with experience in general civil litigation matters. You will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to client care. The successful candidate will be confident managing their own workload, keen to develop their career and committed to delivering practical, commercially focused advice. Experience in property litigation, contractual disputes or debt recovery would be advantageous but is not essential.
