The Role
This role is the heart of Reskinned’s live commerce strategy—coupling studio management, operational coordination, and high-performance event execution in the UK’s largest shifting fashion resale model.
As the Production Coordinator for our eBay Live Studio, you’ll be the glue between products, people, and process, ensuring engaging broadcasts that drive resale volume, customer engagement—and sustainability wins.
Your energy will help Reskinned accelerate as a leader in live-format trading, merging tech, fashion go-to-market, and sustainability missions.
Your Responsibilities
Studio Management & Coordination
- Oversee the daily operations of the eBay Live Commerce Studio at Canning Town
- Ensure the studio is mission-ready, facilities in tact, and production-ready 24/7 for live sessions
- Collaborate with marketing, social, brand partners, and catastrophe controls to curate compelling events
- Maintain/coordinate studio technology and ensure compliance with eBay’s production standards
- Drive inventory fluidity: align between warehouse, studio, and listings to maximise viewer-experience flow
- Uphold top-tier presentation standards for every product entering broadcast

Live Commerce Operations
- Own the eBack stage; run seamless live sessions with precision, from pre-production to wrap
- Script product sequencing and secure moral live-event delivery
- Troubleshoot on-air disruptions during broadcasts
- Validate foundational data: stock accuracy, pricing, condition rates
- Collaborate across departments to schedule hosts, brand partners, promotions and production cycles
- Embed a smooth, engaging on- and offline experience for customers and community
Performance & Analytics
- Track and ping performance metrics for eBay Live, crafting stories that drive sales growth
- Identify scalable efficiency gains by testing, recalling, and applying learnings
- Support branding’s propagation around live events, including social/email hooks
Skills & Experience
Essentials
- A portfolio of live events, ecommerce project management, or studio work (perfection for fashion/transactional fields)
- High organisational IQ and adept project management—balancing teams across ad-hoc prioritisation
- Spot-on attention to details, data precision, and brand alignment
- A knack for communication (internal/external, digital tools, dynamic stakeholder management)
- Eficiency in familiarising wider systems, adapting to platforms, and taking bold ownership
- Comfortable tackling unpredictable tech or production crises
Desirable but Bonus
- Direct experience with eBay Live, TikTok Shop, or Whatnot in live commerce, operations, or sales consulting
- A background in inventory/resale behind-the-scenes motion, including fast-must inventory choreography
- Speak the language of fashion-forward fast-moving commerce—this segment’s buzzwords feel intuitive
- Safely navigate KPI-driven environments, growing understanding in social commerce or ecommerce’s future tools
How We Work with You
Contract & Location
- 12-month fixed-term contract, encompassing evening/weekend shifts based on eBay’s UK Live events calendar
- Based out of Reskinned’s Canning Town Warehouse & Live Studio—keeping the sustainable fashion movement local.

3. The Task Experiment
If your first impression fires confidence, you’ll be invited to complete a mini-challenge essential to the role. Once we provide stage parcour (or steps, timelines), your expertise comes to life!
4. Final Interview (In-Person)
Candidates proceeding will meet the team in our London office for a deeper dive into Res्थ izveedin and your mutual possibilities. This is It’s the dialogue phase; but it’s the bonding begging.
5. An Outcome
