In this Role, you’ll get to
- Spearhead end-to-end partnership lifecycles, from executive outreach and complex term-sheet negotiation to high-level contract drafting and multi-year renewals with major promoters and ticketing platforms.
- Leverage existing industry relationships to secure exclusive rights for arena tours and festivals, designing integrated travel and ticketing products that deliver measurable revenue and brand impact.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, collaborating with global teams to deliver premium co-branded campaigns and immersive on-site fan experiences.
- Maintain full P&L accountability, owning budget planning, forecasting, and the implementation of robust ROI frameworks to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Provide on-site leadership during major events, while overseeing technical integrations (API/ticketing systems) to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional partner satisfaction.

What you'll Need to Succeed
- 5+ years of proven commercial experience in the European live entertainment sector, with a deep background in sponsorship, ticketing, or venue operations.
- Established, non-negotiable executive relationships with top-tier entities and leading artist agencies.
- Demonstrated track record of managing multi-million-pound budgets, complex financial forecasting, and ROI analysis for large-scale marketing projects.
- Fluent English with exceptional cross-cultural negotiation skills, fluency in French or German is highly advantageous for European stakeholder management.
- A results-oriented professional capable of navigating high-stakes environments, prioritizing complex projects, and driving long-term strategic growth.
