Account Director – Strategic Events & Production

£75,000 + Bonus Scheme + Benefits Package

London, UK (Hybrid)

We're looking for an experienced Account Director to join a leading global events and production business. This is an exciting opportunity to work with major client accounts, driving strategic growth and delivering large-scale, technically complex event solutions.

The Role

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts across the corporate events sector.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while developing long-term client relationships.
  • Deliver tailored event production solutions across AV, event technology, production and creative services.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from client engagement and proposals through to successful event delivery.
  • Collaborate with technical, creative and production teams to ensure exceptional client experiences.

  • Proven experience in Account Management, Business Development or Strategic Sales within events, production or AV.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing key accounts and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience selling complex, high-value event or production solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A consultative approach with a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
