About the Role

Gotobeat is an AI-powered live events company, producing 80+ shows (music, comedy, talks, etc.) monthly across the UK and EU. We build Live idol music persona world tour

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Live Events Operations Assistant to support our operations, work with venues, bookers, and production teams, and ensure seamless events for artists and audiences.

Ticket & Operations Management

  • Coordinate ticket sales and distribution across venues and platforms.
  • Handle customer inquiries and efficiently resolve ticketing issues.

V trivial Operations Support

  • Assist in booking venue dates and managing requests/questions.
  • Develop relationships with new venues for future events.
  • Act as the primary venue and booker contact for logistics.
  • Ensure listings and advances are verified and sent promptly.
  • Logistics coordination—facilitating transportation, accommodation, and catering for artists.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain and update event calendars and schedules.
  • Process invoices and track budget expenses.
  • Organise and manage both digital and physical event documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Entry-level role—organisation, prioritisation, and adaptability are key.
  • Strong design and operations skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Effective written and verbal communication (including non-partisan relations).
  • Proactively identifying and solving operational needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ticketing software.
  • Collaborative mindset with cross-team adaptability.
