Role overview:
We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented Live Floor Manager to manage our daily Live Shopping events at our offices in Archway. You'll play a key role in flawlessly executing our live events across our studios, ensuring that each show runs smoothly and efficiently.
Core responsibilities:
- Briefing: Receive a briefing and ensure successful delivery of key brief items e.g., strategy, deals & giveaways for the shift ahead from our Live Shopping Strategist and Lead Producer
- Producer and Presenter management: Ensure presenters & producers have everything they need to succeed e.g., strategy information, arriving on time
- Studio management: Ensure studios are functional and kept clean & tidy
- Support set-up: Supporting producers with camera and lighting set-up, technical login support & making sure set up looks perfect
- Continuous Feedback: Report your summary of performance, any operational improvements and ongoing changes to our Live Operations Team e.g., cancellations, equipment/studio issues. This also includes providing performance feedback of presenters/producers to our Talent Manager
- Oversee all ongoing livestreams: Ensuring smooth running of the lives including correct deals and ‘hero’ products are being spoken about, price checking and audio checking. Sharing feedback from the internal team and ensuring these are executed.
- Escalate: Single point of contact for Account Managers during live hours. Outside of office working hours (9-6pm) you will have extended control over lives and own the escalation path

Who you are:
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, able to manage multiple live events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Calm under pressure and confident making decisions to keep live productions running smoothly.
- A natural communicator who enjoys working with others and comfortable reporting across and managing cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and solutions-focused, spotting issues before they become problems and taking ownership to resolve them.
- Comfortable giving clear, constructive feedback to help individuals and the wider team continuously improve.
- Passionate about social commerce, with a consumer driven mindset
- Bonus if you’re tech savvy and able to support basic live production set-ups and troubleshooting when needed.
- Experience in live production, events, retail, hospitality, or operations is preferred
- Able to commit to at least 2 shifts per week
