Responsibilities
As a Live-in Care Expert, your key responsibilities will include:
- Deliver personal care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages their independence
- Assist with personal care like washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Manage their medication and prep their meals
- Take care of household tasks like laundry, cleaning, shopping, and errands
- Support customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones
- Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life care
- Work independently while staying connected with our care team for support and guidance

Requirements
- A kind and caring nature
- Ability to live with customers for agreed shifts
- Follow care plans and Bluebird Care Policies
- Commit to training, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Have a Right to Work in the UK
- Previous experience is beneficial but not necessary
