Our enhanced level of specialist clinical support enables people to remain at home even when the level of healthcare required is highly complex.
We deliver care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Job Description: Specialist Live-in Carer (Crawley Area)
We are recruiting enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable carers for day or night shifts, including weekends, within the Crawley area.
A typical working pattern may be 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, although this can vary depending on Client needs.
What HFH Offers
Pay Rates
- Daily pay up to £165* / Weekly pay up to £1155*
- Typical live-in shifts ≈ 11 hours per day of support
- For a live-in carer working a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off pattern (≈26 weeks), pay is up to £30,030* per year.*
- PAYE processing: Direct employment, no Limited Company or self-employment risks.
