Location: South Oxfordshire & West Oxfordshire Contract Type: Care Delivery Salary: £827.12 – £1,081.50 per week Provider: Bluebird Care – Where you change lives

Responsibilities
As a Live in Care Assistant, you’ll be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality, individualised care tailored to each person’s needs
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing and grooming
- Supporting with meal preparation and ensuring nutritional needs are met
- Handling medication management, prescriptions and safe disposal
- Performing light housework, such as tidying, laundry and general cleaning
- Building trusting relationships by being a consistent, friendly, and familiar presence for your customers

- Strong communication skills to build trusting relationships
- Ability to stay organised and follow care plans
- Previous care experience is not mandatory – we provide full training
- Faultless driving skills are desirable but not essential
