Live in Care Assistant

Location: South Oxfordshire & West Oxfordshire Contract Type: Care Delivery Salary: £827.12 – £1,081.50 per week Provider: Bluebird Care – Where you change lives

Responsibilities

As a Live in Care Assistant, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality, individualised care tailored to each person’s needs
  • Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing and grooming
  • Supporting with meal preparation and ensuring nutritional needs are met
  • Handling medication management, prescriptions and safe disposal
  • Performing light housework, such as tidying, laundry and general cleaning
  • Building trusting relationships by being a consistent, friendly, and familiar presence for your customers

Requirements

  • Previous care experience is not mandatory – we provide full training
  • Faultless driving skills are desirable but not essential
