Company Description Home Instead Hemel Hempstead and Chilterns are currently seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our valuable team as a Live in Care Assistant. Our Care Assistants will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need within their homes. Short term and long term placements available. At Home Instead Hemel Hempstead and Chilterns we offer: Paid Mileage at 35p per mile Daily Rates starting from £125 Food Allowance Scheduled daily breaks £150 referral scheme Career progression Support to obtain nationally recognised Care Certificate and NVQ's Ongoing training and development opportunities Company events Pension Scheme Open door policy Job Description Responsibilities of our Care Assistant:- Providing emotional support and companionship Assisting residents with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting Supporting residents with mobility Helping with daily activities such as meal preparation and medication reminders Running errands such as food shopping and collecting prescriptions If you are passionate about providing high-quality care and making a difference to peoples lives, we would love to hear from you. Qualifications Previous social care isn't vital but full right to work in the UK and access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence is essential. We understand work life balance and offer a range of shifts timings and a flexible working schedule.
