Live-In Carer

Location: Redbridge, Brentwood, Chelmsford, and Southend

£109.66 to £150.50 daily

Our customers should feel comfortable in their own homes, and we help them do exactly that. You’ll be supporting people in all aspects of daily living, working independently or as part of a team offering support whilst also promoting independence. This isn’t just a job; this is a chance to bring purpose and dignity to someone’s life.

What we’re looking for:

As a Live-In Carer living with our customer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs
  • Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing and dressing)
  • Supporting with hydration and nutrition
  • Safely supporting with medication, including prompting and administering
  • Carry out light housework such as tidying, laundry, and general cleaning
  • Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for
  • Flexibility to work either two weeks on, two weeks off, or, one week on, one week off basis.

Essential requirements from you:

  • The right to work in the UK
  • A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
  • Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
  • Ability to follow care plans

Previous care experience is beneficial whether professionally or personally, but not a necessity as full training will be provided.
