Job Description Benefits: Earnings from £875 per week, depending on client needs £7 per day meal allowance Travel expenses up to £50 paid for travel to and from placements Weekly in-person support and supervision in the client’s home from our dedicated care managers 'Out of hours' support in case of emergencies Employee Pension Scheme 28 days of paid holiday Regular shifts High street discounts Referral programme Paid training Office events to meet and Socialise with our Team Employee Assistance Programme Support to complete SVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care Qualification (fully funded) About the role: We are looking for kind, compassionate Care Assistants who want to make a genuine difference in our client's life to join our team as a Female Live-In Care Professional in West Lothian. Please note: this role is open to female applicants only due to a Genuine Occupational Requirement, based on the specific needs of the client. In this rewarding role, you will live in a client’s home and provide personalised, non-medical support to help her remain independent, safe, and comfortable. Your responsibilities may include assisting with daily routines, offering companionship, and accompanying her to appointments or social outings. Your presence will play a vital role in enhancing her overall quality of life. A valid driving licence and access to a reliable car are essential for this position. No formal qualifications or previous professional experience are required. However, experience in a care setting or supporting older people, whether through work, volunteering, or caring for a family member, would be beneficial. Shift Patterns (including weekends): 2 weeks on/2 weeks off Respite Care (Ad-Hoc short-term placements) Other personalised shift patterns can also be created, working a minimum of 2 consecutive weeks Additional Information As a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support.
