We are offering an excellent career opportunity as a Live In Carer to join Home Instead Wakefield.
About the Role
As a Live In Carer, you will:
- Live in a client’s home (with your own room and access to amenities like TV and Wi-Fi).
- Provide non-medical support to help clients maintain independence.
- Require own transport and a UK driving licence (for hospital appointments, shopping + errands).
What We Offer
- Competitive pay: £130.00/month + £10.00 daily food allowance during placements.
- Flexible working hours: 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off.
- Daily breaks: 2 hours per day.
- Travel expenses contribution.
- Free training: Initial + ongoing paid training (including career progression).

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with everyday tasks: meal prep, medication reminders, and light housework.
- Accompany clients to appointments or shopping.
- Provide personal care support: bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming.
- Companionship: fostering meaningful social interaction for clients.
