Live-in Care Coordinator

Location: Winchester, Eastleigh & Romsey Contract type: Office Salary details: £25000 - £30000 per annum

About The Role

As a dedicated Live-in Care Coordinator, you will ensure our customers receive outstanding service by expertly allocating skilled care assistants to meet their specific needs. You will proactively plan to maintain capacity for customer demand and service growth, uphold our high-quality standards, champion community engagement, and handle emergency line duties while maintaining strong relationships with families, healthcare professionals, and our live-in team.

Requirements

  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards this)
  • Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle (business use)
  • Relevant risk assessment qualifications (preferred)
  • Right to Work in the UK
