Live-in Care Coordinator
Location: Winchester, Eastleigh & Romsey Contract type: Office Salary details: £25000 - £30000 per annum
About The Role
As a dedicated Live-in Care Coordinator, you will ensure our customers receive outstanding service by expertly allocating skilled care assistants to meet their specific needs. You will proactively plan to maintain capacity for customer demand and service growth, uphold our high-quality standards, champion community engagement, and handle emergency line duties while maintaining strong relationships with families, healthcare professionals, and our live-in team.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring our customers receive an outstanding service by allocating live in care assistants who meet their needs
- Plan to ensure we have sufficient capacity to fulfil customer demand and grow the service.
- Maintain the ongoing relationship with our live in team
- Ensuring our high-quality standards are upheld
- Working alongside relatives and local healthcare professionals to ensure customers receive an outstanding service
- Community engagement activity
- Some emergency line duties

Requirements
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards this)
- Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle (business use)
- Relevant risk assessment qualifications (preferred)
- Right to Work in the UK
