Salary: £500 per placement + Uncapped Commission

About the Role
Dual Sight Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an established, award-winning home care provider seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Live-in Care Development Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation with a strong reputation for quality care and play a key role in expanding its live-in care service. The successful candidate will focus on generating live-in care referrals, managing enquiries and converting opportunities into long-term care packages. This role is ideal for someone who understands consultative sales and enjoys helping families find alternatives to residential care.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new live-in care referrals through a variety of channels.
- Identify and develop opportunities within the self-funded care market.
- Manage live-in care enquiries from initial contact through to service commencement.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Conduct consultations with families exploring care options.
- Promote live-in care as a viable alternative to residential and nursing care.
- Work closely with operational teams to support smooth client onboarding.
- Accurately maintain enquiry, referral and conversion records.
- Achieve agreed package start and revenue targets.

What We're Looking For
- Proven success in sales, business development or client acquisition.
- Ability to manage a pipeline and convert opportunities into long-term business.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- A consultative and empathetic approach.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
- Experience within home care, healthcare or social care.
- Knowledge of live-in care services.
- Experience working with private-pay clients and families.
- Understanding of care funding and care assessments.

Package
- £500 bonus for every live-in care package successfully started.

Earnings Potential
A typical live-in care package can generate significant annual revenue. Successful candidates who consistently secure new package starts will benefit from both immediate placement bonuses and recurring commission payments throughout the first year of each placement.
