🚨 We're hiring: Live-In Care Support Worker — Oxford | £12.71 per hour
As a Live-In Care Support Worker, you'll provide personalised care tailored to each individual's needs — living alongside them and supporting their day-to-day life with compassion and consistency.

What you'll be doing
Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting daily routines, including personal care, dressing, and hygiene
- Assisting with medication (following appropriate training and protocols)
- Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition and hydration
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting mobility and independence
- Assisting with appointments and community access where appropriate
- Helping with light household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
- Supporting overnight routines and being available if needed

- Able to work independently while staying connected to a wider team
- Good communicators
- Willing to learn and develop new skills
