Company Description With over 10 years of experience managing two successful Home Instead branches in Wiltshire and Oxfordshire, we’re now bringing our high-quality, person-centred care to your community - and we’re looking for compassionate, reliable and caring people to join us as Live In Care Professionals.

As a trusted, award-winning home care provider with over 260 offices across the UK, we’re proud to be named the Leading Provider of Home Care in the 2024 Leaders in Care Awards, and the most recommended home care provider by Homecare.co.uk. Job Description Are you an experienced live in carer looking for a new placement? We are looking for a live in carer to support a lady living in Cam, Gloucestershire. She lives with her husband, who has done majority of her care for a long time, but is now in need for some extra support. If you have experience of supporting people with dementia this would be ideal as this lady is living with progressing dementia. The role would involve support with personal care, medication, general home help and also preparing meals with the client for you all to enjoy. This client really enjoys walking and being outside. She also likes to do gardening, crafts and flower arranging, so someone with similiar interests would be a really good match.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
