Live-in Carer

Earn £800–£1100+ per week | Flexible Rotas | Accommodation & Food Allowance Included

Kensa Health is a provider delivering high-quality Home Care and Live-in Care services across Devon. We support people to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes, surrounded by familiar routines, places, and people they know and love.

We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Live-in Carers to join our friendly and supportive team. Whether you are experienced within care or looking to develop a long-term career in the sector, we would love to hear from you.

Pay & Benefits

  • Earn between £750–£1100+ per week
  • Flexible working patterns available

  • Mileage paid at 55p per mile for client outings

Flexible Rotas Available

We offer a variety of flexible working patterns including:

  • 1 week on / 1 week off
  • 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
  • Short-term placements
  • Long-term placements
  • Ongoing placements with scheduled breaks

Both PAYE employment and self-employed arrangements are available.

Placement Support

All placements include:

  • A separate private bedroom for the live-in carer
  • Wi-Fi access
  • Board and lodging fully covered
  • Flexible break arrangements to support both client and carer needs
  • Incoming travel costs (mileage or tickets) are covered for placements of 3 weeks or longer, with return UK travel covered for placements of 6 weeks or longer.
  • Where placements end unexpectedly, support arrangements and paid periods may apply depending on circumstances and client needs.

What We’re Looking For

To apply, you must:

  • Have the Right to Work in the UK
  • Be caring, reliable, and compassionate
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be willing to undertake training and development

Previous care experience and a UK driving licence are beneficial but not essential, as full training and ongoing support can be provided.
