Job DescriptionWe're looking for two compassionate and experienced Live-in Care Professionals to join our team in Bristol, supporting a young lady with Cerebral Palsy in the BS11 area. This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by helping our client live comfortably and safely in their own home. This is a live-in care role working Tuesday to Monday, one week on, one week off. As a Live-In Care Professional, you'll become a trusted presence in the household, providing tailored support and companionship that enhances quality of life. Your responsibilities will include personal care, emotional support, and assisting with daily routines - all delivered with kindness, respect and professionalism.QualificationsWe welcome applications from candidates who meet the following essential criteria:Minimum 2 years of experience in the care sectorExperience with Cerebral Palsy is desirable, experience with complex care is essential.Comfortable providing personal care and companionship, someone who enjoys getting out and about daily in the community with our clientStrong written and spoken EnglishA car driver is essential; you will be required to drive the client’s adapted transit van on a daily basis.Someone who is reliable, respectful, and enjoys building warm, professional relationshipsIf you're passionate about delivering outstanding care and are ready to take on a role that's as fulfilling as it is vital, we'd love to hear from you.Driver with own car essentialExcellent organisational ability and time management skillsThe ability to liaise with other professionals involved in the clients' careAn innate sense of warmth and friendliness, facilitating positive client relationshipsGood communication skillsThe right to work in the UK as we are unable to provide sponsorshipAdditional InformationWhat we offer our live in carers:Competitive pay rate of £143 per dayFood provided by the clientTwo-hour daily breakPaid annual leaveRewards schemeBlue Light Card annual fee paidPPE providedFull training providedOngoing support from the office, with regular contact and face to face visits from our Live in Care ManagersEmployee assistance program.Stability of a permanent package and working patternWorking for a team that feels like familyIf you're looking for work which enables you to really make a difference and is extremely rewarding and you have a high degree of flexibility to meet our clients' needs, we would love to hear from you.
