Live-in Care Assistant / Carer
✅ Salary & Benefits
- £129.00 to £148.00 per day / £903.00 to £1,036.00 per week
- Bank Holidays: Paid at double time (up to £258.00 per day)
- Paid mileage & food allowance
- Award-winning training plus induction & ongoing support
- 2-hour guaranteed break daily
- Double bank holiday pay, holiday pay & 3% pension
- No uniform required
- Fully funded Blue Light Card
- Career progression: Paid Level 2, 3 & 5 Diplomas in Adult Care
- Additional annual leave option (up to 1 week extra)

Responsibilities
As a Live-in Care Assistant, you’ll provide essential support in clients’ own homes, including:
- Companionship and emotional support
- Preparing nutritious meals
- Personal shopping & errands
- Assisting with personal care & administering medication
- Help with household tasks: laundry, cleaning
- Encouraging independence & community engagement
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Minimum 1 year of professional care experience
- Proof of rights to work in the UK
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Compassion, patience and a caring nature
- Ability to work independently & collaboratively
- Willingness to travel nationwide for placements
