Tasks

  • Provide compassionate, person-centered care to adults with a variety of needs, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Assist service users with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, bathing, and dressing while promoting independence.
  • Communicate effectively with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided, including observations and any changes in the service user's condition.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices in home health care.

  • Previous experience in home health care or related field is preferred.
  • Ability to provide compassionate, person-centered care with a focus on the individual needs of service users.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and tasks as needed.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of honesty, fairness, and equity in all interactions.
