We're partnering with an ambitious, technology-led business that's reshaping same-day and final-mile operations. As they continue to grow, they're looking for a Senior Live Operations Manager to lead their live operations team and help build a high-performance culture.
This isn't a traditional logistics management role. It's a hands-on leadership position where you'll drive operational performance, lead from the front and make real-time decisions that directly impact service delivery and customer experience.

What you'll be doing:
- ✅ Leading day-to-day live operations across a busy, fast-moving environment
- ✅ Driving KPIs including SLA performance, on-time delivery and operational productivity
- ✅ Coaching and developing shift-based operational teams
- ✅ Managing live incidents and customer-impacting issues with confidence
- ✅ Using operational data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
- ✅ Working closely with leadership and technology teams to improve systems and processes
We'd love to hear from you if you have experience in:
- Same-day or final-mile logistics
- Rapid delivery or e-commerce operations
- Transport or network control
- Contact centre or customer operations
- Mobility or other high-volume operational environments
