Live Operations Manager

Senior Live Operations Manager Manchester (On-site) Ā£45,000 – Ā£55,000

We’re partnering with an ambitious, technology-led business reshaping same-day and final-mile operations—exciting growth means they’re hiring a Senior Live Operations Manager to lead their operational team and foster a high-performance culture.

This isn’t traditional logistics—it’s hands-on leadership where real-time decisions directly impact service delivery and customer experience.


The Role

As Senior Live Operations Manager, you’ll:

  • Lead day-to-day live operations in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
  • Drive KPIs including:
    • Service level agreements (SLA) performance
    • On-time delivery rates
    • Operational productivity
  • Coach, mentor, and develop shift-based operational teams
  • Manage live incidents and customer-impacting issues with urgency and confidence
  • Analyse operational data to identify trends and implement continuous improvements
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and technology teams to refine systems and processes
