Senior Live Operations Manager Manchester (On-site) Ā£45,000 ā Ā£55,000

Weāre partnering with an ambitious, technology-led business reshaping same-day and final-mile operationsāexciting growth means theyāre hiring a Senior Live Operations Manager to lead their operational team and foster a high-performance culture.
This isnāt traditional logisticsāitās hands-on leadership where real-time decisions directly impact service delivery and customer experience.
The Role
As Senior Live Operations Manager, youāll:
- Lead day-to-day live operations in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Drive KPIs including:
- Service level agreements (SLA) performance
- On-time delivery rates
- Operational productivity
- Coach, mentor, and develop shift-based operational teams
- Manage live incidents and customer-impacting issues with urgency and confidence
- Analyse operational data to identify trends and implement continuous improvements
- Collaborate closely with leadership and technology teams to refine systems and processes
