Role Overview

We are seeking an organised, detail-driven Live Studio Production Scheduler to support live studio production operations for a global content brand based in Soho, Central London.

Position Details

  • Contract Type: 12-week temporary cover (June–August 2026)
  • Work Pattern: Monday–Thursday on-site (9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break)
  • Location: Central London
  • Fridays: Remote

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling and Calendar Management

  • Own and maintain the master production schedule, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Transfer scheduling data to appropriate public-facing platforms promptly and without errors
  • Distribute weekly and monthly schedules to relevant teams while proactively identifying and resolving conflicts
  • Align global production schedules with on-site programming updates

Production Coordination

  • Support special programming initiatives and cross-functional projects
  • Assist with schedule planning and internal communications around key content launches and program reveals
  • Collaborate with the US global scheduling team (as needed) to maintain market consistency
  • Offer ad-hoc coordination support to Programming Managers

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in:
    • Live studio production
    • Live studio production scheduling (or equivalent support/coordination roles)
  • High proficiency in Google Sheets (primary scheduling tool for this role)
  • Experience with Google Workspace, including:
    • Docs
    • Calendar
    • Gmail
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly for customer-facing output
  • Ability to adhere to established systems and processes without redesigning workflows
  • Understanding of how scheduling adjustments impact downstream production operations

  • Experience with project management tools, such as:
    • Asana
    • Monday.com
    • Airtable
    • Trello
    • Smartsheet
  • Experience coordinating with remote or international teams
