Lived Experience Mental Health Strategy Advisor
EK360 CIC is seeking a Lived Experience Mental Health Strategy Advisor to help co-produce and support the delivery of the NHS Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells Mental Health Strategy over a six-month period. The role will use relevant lived experience to strengthen engagement with service users and ensure their perspectives are reflected in planning and implementation. This is a paid, supported opportunity for 7.5 hours per week, with training, IT equipment, wellbeing support and clear boundaries in place.
The role is advisory and collaborative, and does not involve clinical responsibility, complaints handling or work outside the agreed hours.

Role: Lived Experience Mental Health Strategy Advisor
Organisation: EK360, working in partnership with Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust
Focus: Co-produce and support the delivery of MTW’s Mental Health Strategy, ensuring the voice of lived experience is embedded throughout planning and implementation.
Commitment to Fair Exchange: The role will be paid at NHS band 8 level for 7.5 hours per week over 6 months. EK360 will provide IT equipment, training through the Lived Experience Academy, and ongoing support, including weekly check-ins and wellbeing protocols.
