Summary
A part-time branch-based opportunity working 21 hours per week.
Role Details
- Job Title: Customer Support
- Working Across: Lloyds and Halifax branches within a reasonable distance of Bury
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide face-to-face support to customers across our branches.
- Handle everyday banking tasks.
- Offer reassurance, guidance, and practical support to customers in significant moments such as:
- Supporting someone through bereavement.
- Resolving fraud concerns.
- Helping vulnerable customers.
- Building confidence with digital banking.
- Adapt to different customer needs.
- Promote and support our digital services.
- Confidently guide customers toward independent use of online and mobile banking.
- Recognise opportunities to connect customers with relevant products and services.
- Learn on the job: No prior banking knowledge required — training and support provided.

Requirements

Minimum 12 months customer service experience.
