ABOUT THE ROLE
JOB TITLE: Customer Support
LOCATION: Bury (£15,720/year, 21 hours/week, including Saturdays, based across Lloyds/Halifax local branches)
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll build customer support from our branches—handling everyday banking while guiding people through complex situations like:
- Supporting customers through bereavement or fraud concerns
- Helping vulnerable customers or building trust around digital banking.
Security, adaptability, and empathy matter most—you’ll adapt to needs, promote digital solutions, and confidently coach customers in independent online banking.
Over time, this role may expand into:
- Phone, online, or digital support (email web chat, video, social media) Training provided—no prior banking experience needed.

Requirements
- Minimum 12 months’ customer service experience (other relevant work counts).
- People-first mindset: honesty, care, and personal commitment to improving customers’ lives.
- Ability to connect efficiently and indistinguishable remote stand-ins.
- Financial experience neither required nor preferred.
