Job Description

Summary

A part-time branch-based opportunity working 22 hours per week.

Job Title: Customer Support

Location

Working across our Lloyds and Halifax branches within a reasonable distance. Primary Location: Cambridge

Hours

22 hours per week (including Saturdays)

Working Pattern

  • Part-time

Salary

£16,469 (increases to £16,940 after 6 months)


What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll start your journey in one of our branches, providing face-to-face support to customers.

  • Tasks: Handle everyday banking tasks while focusing on offering reassurance, guidance, and practical support through important moments.
  • Examples:
    • Supporting someone through bereavement.
    • Resolving fraud concerns.
    • Helping vulnerable customers.
    • Building confidence with digital banking.
  • Revitalise Our Services:
    • Adapt to different customer needs.
    • Promote and support digital and mobile banking.
    • Help customers use online channels independently.
    • Recognise opportunities to connect customers with suitable products and services.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Background

  • Min. 12 months customer service experience.
  • No financial services experience needed.
