Job Description
Summary
A part-time branch-based opportunity working 22 hours per week.
Job Title: Customer Support
Location
Working across our Lloyds and Halifax branches within a reasonable distance. Primary Location: Cambridge
Hours
22 hours per week (including Saturdays)
Working Pattern
- Part-time

Salary
£16,469 (increases to £16,940 after 6 months)
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll start your journey in one of our branches, providing face-to-face support to customers.
- Tasks: Handle everyday banking tasks while focusing on offering reassurance, guidance, and practical support through important moments.
- Examples:
- Supporting someone through bereavement.
- Resolving fraud concerns.
- Helping vulnerable customers.
- Building confidence with digital banking.
- Revitalise Our Services:
- Adapt to different customer needs.
- Promote and support digital and mobile banking.
- Help customers use online channels independently.
- Recognise opportunities to connect customers with suitable products and services.

- Min. 12 months customer service experience.
- No financial services experience needed.
