Lloyds Banking Group - Customer Support - Cheltenham

Customer Support Role

Location: Cheltenham – Roles across Lloyds and Halifax branches (reasonable commute) Hours: Full-time (35 hours/week, including Saturdays) Salary: £26,200 (increasing to £26,950 after 6 months) Contract Type: Permanent Don’t Miss: Open until Friday 03 July 2026

Key Responsibilities

  • Face-to-face customer support: Deliver friendly, professional, and empathetic service in our branches across our exclusive partner locations (including Lloyds and Halifax).
  • Tackle complex interactions: Help customers navigate crucial financial moments—bereavement, fraud concerns, vulnerable support, or digital banking—with confidence.
  • Promote digital adoption: Guide customers towards online and mobile banking, empowering them to use our services independently.
  • Adapt and listen: Adjust your approach based on individual needs, building trust and delivering solutions.
  • Career progress: With experience, opportunities arise for you to support customers online, over the phone, via web chat, video, or social media.
  • Product promote: Identify ways to connect customers with tailored banking and financial products.

Minimum requirements:

  • 12+ months customer service experience (no banking background necessary).
