Role: Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)


Employment Terms

  • Full-time positions available
  • Every other weekend required
  • $1,500 sign-on bonus
  • **Base pay: $20–$24/hour, with shift differentials up to $28/hour

What You’ll Do

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), you will deliver compassionate, personalized care to our residents by assisting with daily activities, monitoring health, providing emotional support, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and record vital signs
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Assist with mobility and transfers
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to develop care plans
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

Requirements & Qualifications

  • **Valid state **Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license
  • Compassionate, empathetic nature
  • Experience or passion for caring for the aged and chronically ill
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Commitment to high standards of care
