10 month fixed term contract opportunity

We are easyJet – a FTSE-100 listed, £multi-billion low-cost airline that serves tens of millions of customers every single year. If you’re reading this, you have probably already been an easyJet customer, and you’ll know that there is no more iconic (or Orange!) travel brand in Europe.

We fly more than 1,207 routes, connecting 38 countries across Europe, and employ more than 18,000 colleagues. We’re on a mission to make low-cost travel easy – and whatever your role here, you’ll connect millions of people to what they love using Europe’s best airline network, great value fares, and friendly service.

What makes us easyJet? Our Promise Behaviours – we are Safe, Bold, Welcoming and Challenging. Four Behaviours. One Spirit. One easyJet.

Read On If You

  • Have at least 2 years’ experience in Weight & Balance and/or Load Control
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, operational environment where safety and efficiency are at the heart of everything you do
  • Can build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and thrive in a team that’s driving innovation and continuous improvement

The Team

The newly established Centralised Load Control (CLC) team is responsible for supervising and developing load control activities, serving as a crucial operational link between Flight Operations and key internal stakeholders such as the Integrated Control Centre (ICC), Ground Operations and Ground Handling Partners, Engineering, and Safety, Compliance, and Operational Readiness teams. This team is critical in embedding new digital Weight & Balance processes across our operation.

The Role

As a Centralised Load Controller, you’ll ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of weight and balance activities. You’ll play a vital part in improving safety performance, on-time performance, and operational resilience. Your decisions will directly impact the accuracy and consistency of weight and balance processes, supporting both regulatory and easyJet requirements as well as ongoing improvements as the function evolves.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
