Refuse and Recycling Loader – Community Impact Role
Location: Hook, Hampshire RG27 8BW Full Time: 40 hours per week Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 6:00am – 2:30pm, with occasional Saturday/Bank Holiday shifts Salary: £26,509.50 p.a. + excellent benefits
Join our Hart, Basingstoke & Deane team and contribute to keeping your streetserviced community clean, safe, and sustainable.
As a Refuse and Recycling Loader, you’ll:
- Work alongside a motivating team to deliver full waste/recycling services
- Load and manage waste collections for homes and businesses
- Represent Serco on the ground, building community trust and engagement
Your responsibilities include: ✔ Completing pre-planned routes with drivers/loaders to collect refuse and recycling ✔ Acting as the public face of Serco while maintaining high service standards ✔ Supporting your team to sustain cleanliness, safety, and innovation in your area
