Location: Hook, Hampshire RG27 8BW
Full Time: 40 hours per week
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6.00am - 2.30pm, with occasional work on Saturdays and Bank Holidays
Salary: £26,509.50 per annum + excellent benefits

Join our Hart Basingstoke and Deane team as a Refuse and Recycling Loader and play a vital role in keeping your community clean, safe, and sustainable.
Working alongside a professional and friendly team, you’ll deliver a full waste and recycling service to local residents and businesses. Your efforts will help maintain high standards across the community while providing excellent customer service every step of the way.
You’ll Be Entrusted To
- Complete a pre-planned route with the driver and loaders in your team, collecting waste and recycling from residential homes and commercial properties.
- Be the public face of Serco in the community.
- Contribute to keeping the area beautiful, safe, and a clean place to live and work - a responsibility we take great pride in!
