Loading Bay Operative
Loading Bay Operative – Dungannon Site
The company is seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and driven individual to join our Loading Bay team at our Dungannon Primary Site on a Monday to Friday basis.
We are looking for a determined and committed person who can positively impact performance and contribute to the company’s future growth while working in a fast-paced environment.

- Unloading lorries and weighing product
- Adhering to correct stock rotation procedures to service Large and Small Boning Halls
- Breaking down sides of beef & lamb using a knife, working in a chilled environment
- Operating efficiently within a team to meet production demands and satisfy customer requirements
- Maintaining strict Health, Safety, Hygiene, and Food Quality Standards per company policy

Requirements
Essential
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to deliver high levels of customer service
- Flexible approach and willingness to work additional hours when necessary to meet customer demand
Desirable
- Previous experience within the food industry
