At our Highland site we process beef only and have over 300 employees. We’re based in Saltcoats with strong transport links.
We are currently recruiting for permanent General Operatives to work in the Loading Bay. It’s a fast-paced environment, with targets and customer specifications to achieve.

Monday to Friday
5am – 1.40pm
38 hours per week
£12.71 per hour

Responsibilities
- Moving beef sides into chills (large fridges) and into the Boning Hall to be processed
- Unloading lorries and weighing product in
- Adhering to correct stock rotation procedure
- Breaking down sides of beef using equipment and machinery
- Working in a chilled environment
- Working as part of a team to meet production demands and satisfy customer requirements
- Maintain Health, Safety, Hygiene and food quality standards in accordance with Company rules and regulations.

Qualifications
- Possess good communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative whilst working as part of a team striving to achieve high levels of customer service
- Flexible approach to work and be prepared to work additional hours when required to meet customer demand
