Role Summary
Responsible for coordination, material handling transactions and shipments of Loan / Demo equipment for exhibitions and customer demos.
Work Location: Bury St Edmunds
Your Day-to-day Might Include
- Coordinate loan/demo enquiries, including stock checks, order entry, invoicing and occasional product testing.
- Prepare and consolidate equipment and marketing materials for exhibitions, demos and in-house events.
- Arrange shipments with customers and freight agents, including export documentation where required.
- Process equipment for Brand Ambassador, marketing and ex-demo sales requirements.
- Manage goods in/out, including packing, dispatch, receipt, storage and system transactions.
- Monitor inventory, complete stock checks and resolve discrepancies through root cause analysis.
- Inspect, test, maintain and carry out minor repairs on returned equipment, batteries and selected product systems.
- Update software/firmware and support the configuration of relevant products prior to dispatch.

What We’re Looking For
- Ability to use own initiative to address problems and present solutions
- Able to demonstrate a good understanding of Warehouse and Materials control
- Professional approach
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks / flexibility
- Good computer skills, preferably IFS and Microsoft Office
- Experience in picking, packing and shipping activities

Nice To Have
- Experience of industry standard fully integrated ERP systems. IFS desired
- Knowledge of export and import documentation
- Forklift license
- Driving license
- Experience of Lean Manufacturing Processes
- Experience in processing orders through third party courier shipping system
- SharePoint knowledge.
