About Cashera UK
Cashera UK is a fast-growing lending business focused on providing fast, flexible funding solutions to UK businesses. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Loan Operations Executive to support our operations, sales, and collections teams while helping streamline processes as we continue to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Send, review, and process KYC documentation.
- Prepare and review loan documentation.
- Verify completed loan files against internal checklists before submission to accounting.
- Prepare and submit funding requests.
- Assist with operational processes and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Perform initial fraud checks and identify potential risks or inconsistencies.
- Escalate suspicious applications and transactions when required.
- Assist the collections team with customer communications and collection-related emails.
- Support the sales team with renewal opportunities and customer account management.
