A new and exciting mandate has opened in a leading Asset Management firm located in London, looking to hire an Analyst to join their Commercial Real Estate Debt fund.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Global Asset Management team where you will be responsible for real estate market reporting, modelling and contributing towards company strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct due diligence on investment opportunities
- Monitor real estate research from external providers
- Provide market insights to the portfolio management team on key themes in the real estate market
- Liaise with external stakeholders in relation to sustainability issues
- Representing clients and investors on a daily basis through role as facility agent or primary servicer

Skills required:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to quickly co-ordinate and direct projects
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience within commercial real estate, working for a fund or investment bank
- Commercially and strategically minded
- Experience in presenting to clients
- Excellent interpersonal skills
