Loan Syndication & Distribution Associate
Loan Syndication & Distribution Associate – Origination-to-Distribution Team (London)
The Loan Syndication & Distribution Associate role is now open within our Origination-to-Distribution team based in London.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' Loan Syndication experience within a banking environment (applications without direct bank syndication experience will not be considered).
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and distribute syndicated loan transactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and borrowers.
- Support portfolio management, market analysis, and reporting.
- Coordinate transaction execution, documentation, allocations, and settlements.
- Work closely with internal teams, legal counsel, and external counterparties.

Requirements
- Proven experience in loan syndication, distribution, and/or loan agency.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable
- Experience with Japanese and international financial institutions.
- Knowledge of syndicated loan documentation and loan markets.
