A vacancy has arisen within Admiral Money for a Loans Executive within our growing Customer Operations team.

The Loans executive plays a key role in supporting customers throughout the lifecycle of their loan. You will be responsible for handling customer interactions across multiple channels, including telephone, email and webchat, ensuring a high-quality, compliant and customer-focused experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers via telephone, email and webchat, guiding them through the loan application process and supporting queries or changes throughout the loan lifecycle
  • Delivering first-class customer service while maintaining high quality and regulatory standards in line with individual and departmental objectives
  • Making a positive impact through customer interactions and contributing to a supportive, engaging workplace culture
  • Adapting quickly to change in a fast-paced, growing business environment
  • Playing an active role as we explore and develop new communication methods

About You

  • Motivated, positive and energetic, with a strong can-do attitude
  • Strong communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service across all channels
  • Ability to work to quality and service standards within a highly regulated lending environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and an investigative mindset, with the ability to absorb complex information while engaging customers
  • Awareness of potential errors or fraudulent activity within applications
  • Ability to multi-task, retain knowledge and remain resilient in a fast-paced environment
  • Thorough, organised and confident in managing your workload
  • Sound numeracy and PC skills

Essential Criteria

  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to communicate with customers via telephone, email and webchat
  • Experience working accurately within process-driven or regulated environments
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to use multiple IT systems simultaneously
  • Good numeracy and PC skills
