Lobby Assistant
Are you a dedicated and professional Lobby Assistant? Now’s your chance to support the concierge team at a prestigious, luxury residential building in a highly sought-after Central London location.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with exceptional customer service skills who is looking to start or progress their career within the high-end residential or hospitality sectors.
Core focus of the Lobby Assistant – Luxury Residential Building
The Lobby Assistant is the first point of contact for residents and visitors, playing a crucial supporting role to the Concierge team. You will be instrumental in creating a welcoming and secure environment, ensuring the smooth flow of front-of-house operations.
Day-to-day of the role
Front-of-House Support: Greet all residents and visitors with warmth and professionalism, announcing guests to residents as required. Administrative Duties: Assist the Concierge with essential administrative tasks, including managing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring accurate logging and timely distribution. Security & Access Control: Monitor lobby activity, manage key logging systems, and assist with resident access procedures, ensuring the security protocols of the building are maintained. Information & Assistance: Answer incoming calls and manage general enquiries, providing accurate information about building services and local amenities. Presentation: Ensure the lobby, reception desk, and immediate external areas are maintained to an impeccable, 5-star standard at all times. Liaison: Coordinate with the maintenance and housekeeping teams to report and follow up on any building issues.

Essential Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within hospitality, luxury retail, or residential property. Customer Service Excellence: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a naturally helpful and professional demeanour. Presentation: An immaculate personal appearance that reflects the luxury nature of the building. Technical Skills: Competent in using standard office software and managing logbook systems (training on specific residential software will be provided). Organisation: Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, which may include evenings and weekends, as required by the building rota
