🔎 About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Plaza London The Westminster as a Lobby Host. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and efficiently support the daily operation of the front office. You will play a key role in ensuring guests’ satisfaction by assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, handling luggage, and providing assistance and information to guests. Your friendly and professional demeanour will contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests and the rest of the team.

💼 What You’ll Do
- Greeting guests with a warm and friendly attitude, providing a high level of personalized service.
- Assisting guests with their luggage upon arrival and departure, providing efficient and careful handling.
- Escorting guests to their rooms and explaining the hotel’s facilities and services.
- Providing information and recommendations about local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options to guests.
- Arranging transportation, making reservations, and assisting with any other guests’ requests.

- Gross salary: ÂŁ27,349
- Annual leave: 28 days per year (Including public holidays).
- Birthday is for celebrating, so have the day off on us!
- Bank Holidays paid time and a half.
- Full time: 40 hours contract.
