Local Business Development Manager
Marshall Audi Newbury
£27,000 basic | £50,000 OTE (Uncapped) + company car; 25 days' annual leave + bank holidays (increases with service); Life assurance & pension scheme; Discounts on car purchase, servicing & more; Access to exclusive shopping and lifestyle perks.

At Marshall Audi Newbury, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and confident Local Business Development Manager to join one of the UK’s leading automotive groups.
In this role:
- You’ll develop strong, lasting relationships with local businesses, helping them find tailored vehicle and finance solutions that support their operations.
- You’ll manage the full B2B sales journey – from identifying prospects and creating a sales pipeline, to closing deals and ensuring a smooth, professional handover.
- You’ll maintain an up-to-date knowledge of brand products, business leasing options, and insurance packages to offer the best service and advice possible.

We're looking for:
- Someone with proven sales experience in the automotive sector, ideally with B2B or fleet sales background.
- Someone with strong influencing skills and the ability to convert enquiries into lasting customer relationships.
- Someone who can take ownership of their performance and consistently deliver against targets.
- Most importantly, someone who acts with integrity, professionalism and takes pride in representing Marshall.
