Position: Fleet and Van Specialist
We are now seeking a Fleet and Van Specialist to join our team and drive this critical area of the business. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and growing our fleet and van sales operations. By bringing a "Can Do Attitude," personal motivation, and a commitment to excellence, you will help us achieve even greater results while maintaining our top-tier standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive consistent performance in fleet and van sales, both new and used.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and commercial clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Oversee the end-to-end fleet management process, ensuring timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and aftersales support.
- Collaborate with manufacturer partners to align with brand and operational goals.
- Act as a brand ambassador and role model, leading by example in customer interactions and sales activities.
What We’re Looking For
- Evidence of a stable and successful career history in vehicle or fleet sales.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- A results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
