  • Salary: £46,589.40 - £49,034.70 per year
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Framework: Housing with Care (2025 Employer of the Year)

About the Role

Lead the day-to-day delivery of disabled individuals’ care services and support your team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery & Leadership:
    • Lead operational management, including ensuring quality standards are met.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Manage budgets and financial accountability for the service.

Essential Requirements

  • Relevant experience: Proven managerial background within a similar service-focused role.
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to solve problems, inspire teams, and communicate clearly.
  • Empathy & Integration: Experience supporting people with disabilities with a personalised approach.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Confidence in liaising with external partners, authorities, and clients.
  • Mobility: Must hold a valid driving licence and be willing to travel.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT systems and application tools.
