- Locations: Park Road (17/17a Park Road, Bromley), Lawrence Road, Norwood
- Salary: £46,589.40 - £49,034.70 per year
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Framework: Housing with Care (2025 Employer of the Year)

About the Role
Lead the day-to-day delivery of disabled individuals’ care services and support your team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery & Leadership:
- Lead operational management, including ensuring quality standards are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Manage budgets and financial accountability for the service.

- Market and manage property assets (homes/voids), ensuring maximum use.

Essential Requirements
- Relevant experience: Proven managerial background within a similar service-focused role.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to solve problems, inspire teams, and communicate clearly.
- Empathy & Integration: Experience supporting people with disabilities with a personalised approach.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Confidence in liaising with external partners, authorities, and clients.
- Mobility: Must hold a valid driving licence and be willing to travel.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT systems and application tools.
