Experienced Operational Manager Opportunity

Are you an experienced operational manager with a passion for improving services for people with Learning Disabilities and their families? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Operational Lead to join our All age Learning Disability Team in Pennine. This is an exciting opportunity to provide operational leadership within a well-established multidisciplinary service.

About the Role

The All Age Community Learning Disability Team provides specialist, person-centred support to children, young people, and adults with learning disabilities. The team works across the lifespan to offer a seamless, consistent pathway of care.

The service brings together a range of professionals — including learning disability nurses, psychologists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, to deliver integrated health and social care within the community. The service focuses on promoting independence, reducing health inequalities, supporting families and carers, and enabling people to participate fully in their communities.

Our work includes specialist assessment, risk management, behaviour support, care planning, and partnership working with education, health, voluntary sector organisations, and wider community networks. The team is committed to strengths-based practice, positive risk taking, and empowering individuals to achieve their personal goals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
